Considered Calgary’s most popular ride!  Includes twisty Hwy. 762.  Consider a visit to Elbow Falls!  Drive past the Spruce Meadows Equestrian facility.

  • From Calgary, head West on Hwy. 8 (Glenmore Tr)
  • Turn South on Hwy. 22 to Bragg Creek.
  • From Bragg Creek, head West through town on old Provincial Road, joins up with Hwy. 22X.
  • Option: Consider heading West on Hwy. 22X to Elbow Falls/Kananaskis Country.
  • Or, Head East on 22X.
  • Turn South onto Hwy. 762.
  • Follow Hwy. 762 to Hwy. 549.
  • Turn East on Hwy. 549 towards Millarville
  • Turn South on Hwy. 22 towards Turner Valley.
  • Continue through Turner Valley to Black Diamond.
  • Turn East on Hwy. 7 from Black Diamond.
  • Turn North onto either Hwy. 2 or 2A through Okotoks.
  • Follow Hwy. 2A North back to Calgary.
